Hi all, got an order from sunglass hut arriving tomorrow (£330 order) and i plan on EB'ing the order.

Regarding the EB, what am i actually claimed arrived empty? the delivery box/the box the glasses are packed in? or the glasses case? if asked if the package looks tampered with, do i just say no?
any help would be much appreciated, cannot tell from reading other peoples threads so i thought id ask on my own

Is it just the one pair? its unlikely that more than one in the same order would be empty, anyway, claim the manufacturers box is empty, so the glasses case is there but no sunglasses, say there was no tampering with the box.

How long did the investigation take? I have read that the delivery company collect the package to investigate?

after I sent my id, the refund took like a day or two. don't think they really investigated anything. delivery person did not come to collect the box although they tried to collect one of my friends. he just ignored the door and they never came back.

2/3 days and it should be done. The last time they asked me for pictures plus a picture of ID for some reason. I sent them a pic of my driving licence and it went through absolutely fine
