Quite well put.

U mad bro? good. unleash that precious fire on em  Biggrin

Dont think about it just yet, few hundred $ not worth it imo.
You could still return it if all else fails, especially if they have physical stores.

Honestly, I have used the bb method a lot and succeeded many times. The only 2 that failed were fragrancedirect, and allbeauty (this SE we're discussing) and guess what? They're both owned by 'Maximo Group' so maybe their fraud team is good? But the responses they're giving me makes me think they're just mindlessly denying my SE's

Bro, I literally smashed a real bottle and spilled water everywhere the photos looked as real as you can get. The rep is just being slow

If you think your images are realistic, just go mad on them. Threaten to involve PayPal.
Say they would have your back in a dispute for damaged goods, surely not accepting something as silly as "not wet enough".

Yeah I have no idea why they are trying to deny it. Idiots.

Regarding charge backs. Not too sure I understand your question although I'll give you some answers and hopefully it does answer your question. You can PayPal charge back and if it fails, you can then do a bank charge back for the same transaction. Charge backs of both types should be kept to a minimum if possible and used for special occasions imo. Although at the same time, you can definitely do a fair amount without raising suspicion.

Oh I simply mean do I have 2 chargeback options being PayPal and my Bank, are they both separate and don't intervene with each other? For example the SE we're discussing now can I charge back with PayPal and then let's say I DNA Nike a week later, could I use Bank chargeback to avoid being denied my chargeback?

Yes, in this instance they are separate entities.

Alr thanks a lot and based on your opinion which of the two is most likely to succeed in charging back? (I have never charged back either, both aged)

You'll have more success with your bank on that one.

Should I be concerned if they're the ones pushing me to chargeback?

Just give it time to breathe. If at three days = no results, escalate.

If you don’t have a history of chargebacks, the bank will usually just be in your favour, remember, you are their client, if you need to SE the bank by emotional manipulation, go for it.

Asked to escalate and they replied saying they're giving an outcome in 3 days, if I don't get refund I'm just going to charge back
