I ordered a $200CAD cologne bottle from Sephora on a new account. When it arrived i told them it was broken, they didnt even request a photo, just instant refund.

I have an empty ysl aftershave bottle and im probably gonna try doing another website most likely boots at the same time. Have you had any experience with using the same photo for 2 websites at the same time

All work well with broken bottle. Sephora's email system and order reporting system is awful and it took a couple weeks to get a refund just because of how bad communication is. The fragrance shop was the only one that required the bottle to be shipped back to them, the rest gave a refund after sending them a picture.

The beauty of the method is that you can do exactly that. Sometimes they ask for multiple angles and sometimes they ask for pictures of the packaging where the perfume leaked so be prepared for that.

If you are using an actual empty bottle you bought from eBay and get legit photos of it smashed, I don't see why the claim would be denied. I've only tested up to ~£100 on liberty
