About a week ago, i gave up with the EB, just requested return and sent it back trying to do FTID. But the package is still being delivered, waiting for results

Little update, the tracking shows now return refused. If anybody knows what could it mean? Is it something done by courier or the package did go to the altered address but their company denied it?

i doubt the company denied it, did you get an approved return on the amazon website

It's self-explanatory - the shipment was refused by the recipient.
