I told them it's impossible to get the police report as police denied me saying it wasn't even a crime, since package was not tampered etc. To which they give same replies. Impossible to deal with these people, seems they don't even properly read my emails
Request an escalation and forward everything In support of your claim.

Just to add on to what OP is saying:
I just got the same response on a DNA I was doing with amazon, I even phoned them and they won't answer anything till I get a PR for them. Then after a while I got an email from ofm amazon stating that they looked into my account and I've made too many returns, and basically said please read our return policy. Out of the 30 or so orders I have 4 legit returns (cause the items were defective),1 eb and 1 dna (multiple items worth £200).

That doesn't warrant an OFM.

Contact Amazon and ask them to justify their decision.

These guys at amazon wont give up, only getting same bullshit replies. I am now planning to try to return the items with the FTID method, I don't have anything to lose anyways. Returnlabel is from DHL and it is getting shipped back via their local partner here. I am just going to modify the address and send back empty package without any identification details, maybe I will get lucky

Hopefully the carrier doesn't notice the Inconsistences on the label and reprint It.

Yeah. Although it's a hit or miss method i'd like to see how it goes. Just completed modifying the label address to nearby company - used exact same font and all. I think most logical would be that they don't check if addresses are same inside the depot and driver is lazy enough to just check the address written instead of scanning. Also, I am leaving the package to be empty. Also one question, should i modify the first barcode to be invalid? It is exactly the same as the barcode amazon wants me to place inside their box - I believe it is to identify the product and customer? This way there is less info to link package to me. This just in case delivery guy scans the package and still delivers it to the amazon address.

I don't support the method, so I won't comment on It.

I've simply pointed out how Its flaws can lead to the carrier reprinting the label.
