Called ray-bans they asked for a pic of my signature (ID) and a photo of the empty case, i ignored the id bit and just sent the case and now awaiting the reply

I SE'd them recently and they also asked for proof of signature and ID and whether I'd like a refund or replacement. I ignored that part and just replied with my preferred resolution and they obliged. They didn't ask for a signature/ID again. So, hopefully it should work for you too. **fingers crossed**

The guy who was dealing with my query took two days to reply to one of my messages. He might've had a few days off or something because I think the customer service centre may be in India. But other than that, he was replying the same or next day. The whole thing took like 5 days.

I have been asked for the images of the box, and image of an identity document to proceed with the investigation.

I attach everything except the document?
Do I attach the document as a corrupt file?
I try to make a fake document with Photoshop?
