I did not order on mytheresa for the moment the long time of investigation makes me hesitate a little bit…
I tried to find the same luxury multibrands online store (maybe luisaviaroma?)

I hesitate between mytheresa and luisaviaroma to make the Wrong item method.

Anyone tried one or the other store and can confirm me there is no CCTV camera which makes me fail the SE?

I don't think such details are required by the care department, but if so I take it that everything related to the wrong item is supposed to be in my box and vice versa?
For example if I am asked, I have to say that the invoice for the wrong item was in the box and not the real one?

Hit a practice run (trial SE) to establish If they have CCTV cameras In place.

Need your advice.
I am starting to hit luisaviaroma with wrong item method.
I have bought the *right* article which a luxury bag. I Know that this brand always send the bag with a box pretty heavy.
I made some research: the bag itself is almost 0.8kg so, with the box i assume the weight will be around 1.3kg
I wanted to buy for the *wrong* item à pair of sneakers, considering that the weight and the package will be quite similar.

Do you think that it will be credible ? Or do i absolutely have to buy another bag taking the risk that the different size of the item changes the format of the package ?

A cool 2 weeks for the investigation alone, even then after 2 weeks i had to call them they didn't contact.

Wouldn't buy sneakers as the wrong item, buy another bag. I always buy same category when doing the wrong item method.
