I hesitate between mytheresa and luisaviaroma to make the Wrong item method.

The idea is to claim that the seller made a mistake in preparing the order by confusing the two
I don't think such details are required by the care department, but if so I take it that everything related to the wrong item is supposed to be in my box and vice versa?
For example if I am asked, I have to say that the invoice for the wrong item was in the box and not the real one?

I am starting to hit luisaviaroma with wrong item method.
I have bought the *right* article which a luxury bag. I Know that this brand always send the bag with a box pretty heavy.
I made some research: the bag itself is almost 0.8kg so, with the box i assume the weight will be around 1.3kg
I wanted to buy for the *wrong* item à pair of sneakers, considering that the weight and the package will be quite similar.

Do you think that it will be credible ? Or do i absolutely have to buy another bag taking the risk that the different size of the item changes the format of the package ?

A cool 2 weeks for the investigation alone, even then after 2 weeks i had to call them they didn't contact.

Wouldn't buy sneakers as the wrong item, buy another bag. I always buy same category when doing the wrong item method.
