Just out of curiosity, what's your account status ? (legit orders, age, etc)

Quick update. Just contacted customer support. It was an automated bot. However it did say to come back end of day today to get a replacement or complete refund. I took a screenshot of that convo in case I get connected with a real customer support agent.

Does this increase the likelihood of successfully SE since they already mentioned a refund?

Maybe 5 years old? Tons of legit orders, I regularly buy HVAC tools ($1k+ a couple of months ago) and other personal stuff.

Also mothered if you see this what are your thoughts on trying to DNA a digital piano? Would that be too much? My brother is thinking about trying it so any opinions would be appreciated!

First and foremost, you need to establish which carrier will be servicing the delivery, as well as the type of verification that will be required on receipt of goods.
