just got my item deliverd to me. going to check with my mate if his item got delivered and then ill proceed to talk to live chat and hope i get a fish iq rep.

You're supposed to only have the box with your name on it, you have NO RELATION to your friend, so of course you can't have the box of a random stranger

Your box + his item, that's all you received, keep complying with their requests and you'll have your refund, just forget you ever saw your friend's box or your original item

Cool. I’m going to get a picture of the batteries inside my box and remove the item I’ve actually got and targeting a refund from it.
