Hi guys,

Im goign to be attempting this method on amazon,

The weight of the targeted item is listed as 1.72KG.

I have found an item that is heavy but it is listed at 1.32KG.

Is the discrepency too big to worry about? They are both listed in the same department on amazon too if that helps, im just struggling to find something of that weight that is cost efficient

its actually a 400gram difference. I think thats too much

The variance Is definitely too much.

Yeah. its 1700 to 1300g so the discrepancy is quite vast.

Im trying to find a singular item that weighs the same rather than a combination of multiple ot make weight. My friend who did it with amazon said that they didnt even check anything, just instantly gave the refund

1.4kg and the other item is 1.32kg? the difference is 80 grams

i presume that is okay?

The ease of the refund will depend on your account standing + item's price + how often that item is targeted, so don't take it for granted only because someone else had an easy hit

The claim was approved at the rep's discretion, but It doesn't necessarily mean the same will happen with future SEs under similar circumstances.

ofcourse, death, taxes and amazon reps having the iq of a fish. I know someone who literally called and hung up everytime until one of the reps just gave an instant refund. truly a story of perseverence with them
