yea currently waiting, they said it takes 3-4 weeks to repair and send replacement but i called yesterday to check up and they told me they'll update me on the "headphones" i "sent". Hopefully they tell me that they don't have it so they can send the replacement

UPDATE: just checked and says repair got cancelled so i called they told me the facility never received it and that it was delivered to another warehouse. I was acting all surprised and worried, they told me to contact UPS for a investigation and proceed after that. So will i be safe to call them and let them know since i doubt the warehouse i changed the address too still has the little polly mailer i sent so they wont have any proof of me changing address right? please let me know asap thanks

Bose has been hit with FTID waaaaay too many times, it's no big surprise they didn't fall for it

just checked and now says "Claim is closed, we were unable to contact the receiver" so should i call them since this isn't my fault they weren't able to contact them?

It's a pretty vague reply.

Call and ask them to justify why they've closed the claim due to their Incapacity to get In touch with the receiver.
