I might just call them and ask about the claim and what happened.

It's the only thing you can do to see where your claim stands.

Update: Ok so i called and the representative told me they were waiting on my response to either ship back to me or re-deliver. I picked ship back since it is not my address on the label and hopefully they do go by that. I'll just wait for now and call back whenever they've delivered to say i did not get the package.

Yup about 2 days i ago i called bose told them everything that has been happening between me and UPS. The rep did a 3 way call with us three and a Bose supervisor actually finally told UPS where is the paperwork for my claim so i can get my refund or replacement. They eventually did it, and i was told i would receive a check of the cost of the headset. So that put my hopes up just now waiting. Was going to do an update once i received it if i did.
