You can Hackintosh with an AMD processor, it's just a stupid thing to do.

I used to Hackintosh back in the Leopard days. It's changed quite a bit and been made a lot easier, but to me knowledge updates are still a difficult point and it's easy to mess up a hackintosh and render the OS unbootable. Nonetheless, it's a fun project. Macs run macOS best though.
