My post was based on the thread's tile of "Failed SE attempt", hence I stated the fact that an Investigation Is not an Indicator of failure.

The weight Is Immaterial. The document they've Issued, Isn't.

In my views, I would not sign anything legally binding with the prospect of litigation, should It come to that stage.

the way the online person said this is unusual and wants me to sign the paper (when i know others who dont sign and get the refund straight away) ive decided to apologies and said a friend played a prank on me and gave it back when they figured out was going to sign the paper and im going to return all the items like a week later thanks for the support guys

When you experience similarities In future, not dedicated to any specifics, do the very same and not put pen to paper. A legally binding document, affidavit, stat dec or otherwise, has you tied and can have significant consequences If found guilty of your actions.

its fine ive done it with asos they gave me a partial refund of 800 but then denied it but i went to my bank and made a claim and i won asos are big are that amount dont mean much to them zalando is big but i dont know how big they are i really do think this is a bluff by them but i rather not risk it because they have a private carrier and i no has told me if they really check or not so im going to play it safe

extra mention sent a corrupted file as a last ditch attempt didnt work XD
also anyone know methods that would work on these company's i really need some clothes
