Maybe just try to fill out the form, and see if anything happens?

Since you're doing an SE I wouldn't recommend signing it. If they find out you're lying which they most likely will. You're fucked. They have every right to take legal action against you

Due to Funky in this experience and knowledge, I would take his work for it.

As I've mentioned many times across this board, an Investigation Is simply part of company protocol based on the account holder's circumstance at the time. By no means Is It a failed SE. In fact, the majority result In a successful outcome.

Typo. "Legally binding".

Seems like they're requesting to complete an affidavit or statutory declaration. Please reply with the form.

i know its company protocol im fine with that but they said they are going to check the weight before they send it to the post office and when they were going to deliver it im worried as funky said if i sign they can take legal action im just wondering are they actually going to look into it or just lie and say they did because the weight of 5 items even if clothing is worth alot im thinking of waiting 21 days and then fill it in and send it as hopefully they will struggle more to get the information (other people i know who succeeded didnt need to fill this out) the total retail value of the clothing is like 550 and i said only like 100 came in the box

If they get to know that his SE thing.. They can take action legally. Thus the form.
I've seen it happen rarely to people. But, they still do happen daily.
