Hi !
I need some advices about LB
My account is very hold
I ordered a computer and received it with OTP
I told Amazon it came damaged by battery leaking and they asked for some pictures of damaged parts, I told them that I had throwed it.
Now they are asking me to back to the dump and find the macbook.
Told them the dump no longer had it, they are now asking for a proof of deposit.
But the guys of the dump does not provide proof of deposit
What can i do now ?

Thank you so much for your fast response !
I told them I would go back to the recycling center to get proof of deposit, but I failed that part, the center told me they cant sign anything.’
They told me they won't refund me without proof
I'm hesitant to pay a photoshop service to fake a battery leak photo but I don't know what it looks like

Have you thought about just making a reciept of deposit from the recycling center with the company letterhead yourself and just put a burner number attached to it if they decide to call?
Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.

I'm fairly sure my suggestion has a good chance of working, but if it fails you could box them with dry ice. But I would stay away from doing any variation of FTID

I sent them the proof of deposit at the recycling center, now they no longer want to refund me without return. They tell me to contact apple and see directly with them.
Do you think dry ice method is the best for this situation or i need to continue to contact the costumers and try again and again ?
