so i told amazon my Lg ultra wide monitor arrived, but instead theres printing paper inside ( about the weight of the monitor ) now i got a mail from the investigation team asking for pics of the packaging ?

do i just send them the opened parcel? like i sure opened it to find out theres something wrong in it

Yep, just send them the opened parcel with the paper inside. I've just had to do something similar.

Further to that, be sure that they do In fact "stock" the type of printing paper.

got a email now saying that they assume i got the product blabla investigation blabla

and they wont refund me

hopped on live chat, he said i should go to the police

Next time , do not go to live chat. Always , always use phone support. The reason being that it is a lot easier to sell your SE to someone over the phone , vs someone on live chat who is 102% likely to just follow a script.
