PayPal should always be used as a backup plan- when all else fails.

If you're planning to SE all 14 Items on the same consignment, then the DNA Is your only option.
Is my refund 100% insured using Paypal?

I would like to avoid taking risks with Zalando since I have already failed a refund and I have also had to send identity documents. Can i do it directly from PayPal without proceeding with Zalando who will surely ask to sign things and send documents?

Does it matter if on Paypal I have the surname that I used in the refund that I failed? (where I also sent the ID) I have never used PayPal, could you explain the procedure quickly?

Paypal check the tracking. So if the tracking says delivered to your address, they will probably side to the courier's claim, even you say that it's not arrived.
In my opinion this may be a problem.

They can leave the parcel at the door step and I’ll collect 2 mins after once they’ve gone..
In their defense, they may say that social distancing measures will apply when leaving the door open.

If not, then use your method above.

How long should I wait to SE Zalando again? It’s been 7 weeks , and I’m planning to do a £1000 zalando DNA . Please let me know. Same address and account .

Do you think this would have legal valence?
If from a friend of mine. From the email they said that is a legal value. But one the documents there isn0't written anything about it, just auto certification.

Just a standard affidavit, just sign and return

A friend of mine ask me about this.
The also ask him to send his ID, I think to confirm that who is signing the paper correspond on the account name and who signed the paper.

7 weeks Is ample time to perform another SE.

Did the previous one Involve the DNA?

To help minimize suspicion on the account, It's good practice to change methods between consecutive SEs, particularly those that Involve high value Items.

Personally, I'd choose another method but In your case, the time of your last SE works to your advantage so this will make the DNA appear as a legit claim.
