Zalando refund - InsaneAK - 07-07-2020
I’m looking at doing a refund for Zalando and just wanted to see if anyone has done one recently and what method they used?
Looking at buying a few clothes and then hitting them with a FTID. Feel free to share any wisdom/advice below

Looking to do the lot as I’ve seen on the forum quite a few aerial refunds are failing

In the UK no carriers are making us sign. Hopefully it’s not done via DPD as they take pics with the door open and parcel on the floor.

If I happen to be self-isolating from coronavirus, it is not a good idea for me to open the door. They can leave the parcel at the door step and I’ll collect 2 mins after once they’ve gone... as long as someone doesn't take my parcel by then

If not, then use your method above.

ZALANDO is the Amazon of clothes, so dna or ftid both gonna work, just prepare your SE in case it gets complicated
