It is the Classic sheet where they ask for name, surname, address and to insert if package has not been received or partial, indicating the items.  Then together they asked me for the photo ID

It's not an affidavit, but rather an Internal document generated by Zalando that's used for the purpose of claims In general.

This Is Identified by "Dear Customer" In their email copy, meaning a name Is not specified, hence It's distributed to anyone who submits claims similar to yours.

Is that something of concern? Today I will proceed to fill it in and send the identity document.

The copy of the email read "Dear Customer". In the original email there was "Dear (My name)". (I put customer to cover it)

Not at all, It's not an affidavit therefore there's no cause for concern.

I wish you stated this when providing the Images.

Given It has the company logo, It still appears as an Internal document so you should be fine.

Hi, bad news. The refund failed and unfortunately I lost my money on Zalando. (350 €). This morning I received this email from zalando:

Dear Luca

thanks for your patience.

We have checked with our warehouse, which confirms that all the items in your order (Number order) have been correctly sent in the package you received.

Since it appears to be a theft case, we cannot go any further. We invite you to contact the police.

We will be more than happy to collaborate with the police, who will contact us directly if they need information to resolve this situation.

Thanks for understanding.

I remain available for further clarification.

A greeting,

How i can receive my money back? Or what i can do now?...

You've claimed the following:

That Is the "missing Item method", so as far as you're concerned, the Items were stolen In transit. The problem Is, If they register a weight on consignment and the carrier's manifest Is cross-checked, the SE will fail.

What's the "total weight" of the Items you claimed were missing?

more than a kg, it was my fault and my distraction. How could I recover the money if there is no way?

Why did you use the missing Item/partial method with Items of this weight?

I'm not surprised It failed- the combined weight Is way too heavy.

Given the weight of the Items and method used, It will be a difficult process to recover your funds.

You can try a PayPal dispute/claim and If that fails, perform a chargeback via your credit card provider or a bank reversal with your merchant.
