Hello guys i have just started to SE zalando. I gave them a call and told them i had part of my parcel missing. They emailed me this.

Signed a few of these, they aren't worth the paper they're written on and mean nothing legally.

Rang them and said i had only received a couple of items in the delivery.
However, the item i am trying to get for free is a large knee length coat, it must weigh near 1kg easily. Do you think this will be a problem?

On the above grounds, they've requested the response via email, so simply tell them that you've sent It. Of course, you'll do nothing of the sort.

Obviously "call them" and ask why your claim Is taking so long. No doubt they'll ask you to send It again, and you'll repeated the above process. The objective Is to seemingly comply until they either give In, or request another form of declaration (that's not legally binding) to finalize your claim.
