I contacted them again today to put more pressure onto them and make it seem more legit I guess.

It doesn't hurt to give them a gentle reminder to speed things up and move forward with the claim.

We shall await their response.

I mean they did say they'd refund or replace me if it "doesnt arrive", so I don't think it would fail now would it?

If new evidence comes to hand, reps have the power to reverse their decision- which Is what my previous post relates to.
