Obviously, this issue has affected a lot of people - those who've been accidentally and temporarily banned, and those who tried to help resolve the issue.

@2460h1, I've restored function to your posts as well. I apologize profusely for not noticing last night that your posts were still hidden.

As for multi-accounting my response is the same - /if/ it was a mistake there appears to be no reasonable method of contacting staff on the ban page such as a contact email. When looking for contact options IRC was stated to be "not used" and despite attempting it anyways got no answer on the channel at which point I created a new account. But nonetheless it seems to be illogical that someone could potentially be banned by mistake and then have no real recourse to challenge it as they risk being banned for multiaccounting/ban evasion if it was a mistake?

This may be the internet, but we can still act like civilized human beings. I am almost 100% certain you bunch weren't raised by animals. My neg-rep is there because he does not deserve to have a +1, or +3 for that matter from me, not for the way he disrespected me or any other members with foul language for no apparent reason, and for acting as if he is the king and is offended by what people of an open discussion board have to say. And with what you stated in his reputation, I doubt you deserve it from me either. I told him to private message me if he wanted it removed. It is a negotiation, and compromise to an extent, not "ass kissing" as you very clearly stated. I do not give out reputation without reason, and will always offer the chance of redemption if it is a negative.

I would have to agree with you on this. To me, the reputation should be personal, and by the individual's experience with the person. That way, no one can tell you your reputation is "wrong" or bad.

I still cant figure out if the two accounts will be merged. Or which one I should use or... what. Also, it seems there is a bug as the system now reports the account having double the post count it should.

I think @Oni will decide whether to merge the accounts, or just deleting one. For bugs, feel free to make a thread in the Suggestions section reporting what's going wrong.
