Depending on the depth of the DOX, I don't really care.
If it's just stuff you found online about ME, cool. But when you get family members involved, SSN, CCN, etc. then you just need to find something better to do with your life. Albeit I do know a few people that piss me off and I wouldn't care if they got a DOX that listed nearly everything about them, still don't really care about it. Most of the time it's all public, no sense in shitting bricks. Just get ready for some pizzas, hookers and mariachi bands.

Nah, but as long as you can get everything straightened out with the companies and don't have to pay too much out of pocket it shouldn't really be that much of a big deal. Sucks to hear that though. Was the pizza good at least?

To be honest, sending tons of pizzas and whatever to someone's house just sucks.

Someone in real life ordered a pizza to my house as a "troll" :/
Ended up the man being really mad at me saying that I ordered this pizza and that they have all made the pizza for nothing and that the man has come all over here to deliver the pizza to me.

It was a bunch of miniature ones, they were depressing looking. Friends and I debated scattering them around the university campus.

I had to turn the pizza guy away. Blacklisted by a bunch of pizza places I don't order from. I mean, sometimes I want a pizza, but I don't want >10 at once.

Honestly.... doxing is nothing bad unless the person who is doing the doxing can do anything with the information pulled and such. Most people who dox dont do anything with the info but release it... Like its not bad until theres someone who can actually do something with that info.

Doxing cannot be generalized as good or bad. It depends on who is the person that is being doxed, the real question is - When is it morally acceptable to dox someone?

If I were to dox a paedophile (which I could easily do If warranted) with the objective of criminal apprehension, then that would well and truly be justified. As I've mentioned, It's the "reason/purpose" and not the act Itself.
