When asked If the package has Inconsistencies, simply say you didn't notice, but will check and get back to them - but don't do anything of the sort.

As such, If the claim Is declined based on evidence of the goods packed correctly, that's when you'll mention the tampering - which means the Item was stolen In transit. What my point Is, the damaged package Is a backup plan. Don't use It when there's no need to.
