Thanks you so much ! In that case, they asked me : "if the parcel had obvious traces of tearing, prior opening, etc.,
and by which means the package was sealed (opaque or transparent adhesive tape, staples,...)."
So I guess that my response was good regarding that right ?

As such, If the claim Is declined based on evidence of the goods packed correctly, that's when you'll mention the tampering - which means the Item was stolen In transit. What my point Is, the damaged package Is a backup plan. Don't use It when there's no need to.
