If my connectivity provided by my ISP Is running at It's optimal state, thereby It's reached It's limit (speed-wise) and my equipment (Router firware up-to-date, line attenuation & noise margin threshold on the line Is peaking, PC optimized to It's maximum performance, ), how would this tool make a difference In the performance my Internet connection?

For some members.

1.) If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
2.) Downloading files that you don't know of is usually not a good idea.
3.) Downloading anything that seems unfamiliar and you have second thoughts about is usually not a good idea.
4.) Sandboxie is a good tool for testing things that you shouldn't be downloading.
