Mind sharing In what sense this Increases the speed?
If my connectivity provided by my ISP Is running at It's optimal state, thereby It's reached It's limit (speed-wise) and my equipment (Router firware up-to-date, line attenuation & noise margin threshold on the line Is peaking, PC optimized to It's maximum performance, ), how would this tool make a difference In the performance my Internet connection?

This software wont tell you what it does. And not every setting is right for everyone.
I wouldnt touch this util with a 10 ft pole.

For some members.
1.) If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
2.) Downloading files that you don't know of is usually not a good idea.
3.) Downloading anything that seems unfamiliar and you have second thoughts about is usually not a good idea.
4.) Sandboxie is a good tool for testing things that you shouldn't be downloading.
