These guys are clever.
It's more to the fact of being ridiculous.

How can a "signed document" (on delivery of the package without opening It) deem a missing Item, or one that's In bad condition? Just because the consignment shows ex-amount of packages In writing, by no means does It conclude that they were Included In the shipment. This Is the argument I'd be putting In my defense.
I thought exactly the same but perhaps they wrote that statement because they have CCTV systems in their warehouse. I do not know.

In this case the only way to know would be either try it or talk to somebody who SE them previously not very long time ago...

This Is what I was going to suggest, by performing a practice run using an extremely cheap Item valued at only a few dollars.

If It fails, you hardly have anything to lose.

Are you suggesting to try an EB with them and watch what happen?

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @Oni

Correct.

Just to see whether they are In fact responsible for missing Items on delivery. And If not, precisely what their reasoning Is.

That particular store do have CCTV in their warehouse, they reject my report (eb of 20g earphones)...

I then changed protocol, contacting iRobot support and trying playing with their customers service two times.
- First time I told them that the battery was leaking and they told me to remove it and send the item back.
-Second time that I threw away the item after it catch fire and the rep was still answering me that the wanted the item back. Also make them remember that you can't sent biohazard items they keep answering me "How are we suppose to help you if you can't send the item back? You shouldn't have threw it away"

DNA can't work with them due to their T&S.
It more difficult than I thought.

I should change vacuum robot vrand or change the website where buy it.

Any suggestion at all? About the method etc? As I said the item is a vacuum robot, package around 80x80x30, 4-5kg.

Well, If they didn't provide you with a defective (hazardous) Item to begin with, then they'd be no reason to dispose of It.

They're responsible for your actions, not you.

I didn't fully get this point.

They are not responsible for what happened during transit of the package from their warehouse to the address declared.

In other words, If the Item wasn't defective, you wouldn't have thrown It out, but rather returned It as requested.

Is this their "exact wording?".

Yes, I have either to find a new store or a new method.
