The wrong Item received method. It works with any company who has an Inventory of goods.

It's not carrier-based, hence It comes down to a warehouse picking error.

Hey guys, sorry I have been busy. Like a fool I choose to pay for the vacuum as my wife wasn't keen on me doing the se. But, I'm ordering one again soon and I might try again.

I'm keen on trying this for myself. Did the OP order a second one to try? I really need a new vacuum, it's been long overdue to get one and I researched the market a bit and saw in a lot of tops like this one redacted that Shark is on the top, so I was pretty excited when I found this topic. Do you have any info on how to go on with it, I see that someone said to send a pic of a bloody hand off of the internet, do you reckon that would work in any way? If I were them I would pay greater attention to this, but then again it's a big company and just a vacuum.

You will laugh, but my wife. It was for her and she wasn't wanting bad karma lol. I on the other hand will do it whenever I can.
