They just responded today: they asked for a name and address and they'll send over only a replacement battery and a refill, sadly.

You always want to make sure it's a 'non-replaceable' part that's malfunctioned. You could even save it by saying the battery has leaked inside of the unit.

At least in my state, any product that contains nicotine requires you to be 18+ to purchase.
