Hello , i am trying to SE an item on amazon UK worth ~ £300 . I agree i probably chose the worst route to SE'ing out of pure inexperience but i guess we gotta start somewhere. Ive said the item is broken and have spoken on phone and in chat to about 4 different reps in an attempt to get refund without return ( ive used almost every excuse i can think of as to why i cant send the item back ) but had 0 luck . Do you guys have any suggestions or should i swallow the bullet and return them, to try a new and improved SE next time . Appreciate help !
