Trouble With Amazon SE - Said Item Is Broken - manlikeferg - 01-19-2019
Hello , i am trying to SE an item on amazon UK worth ~ £300 . I agree i probably chose the worst route to SE'ing out of pure inexperience but i guess we gotta start somewhere. Ive said the item is broken and have spoken on phone and in chat to about 4 different reps in an attempt to get refund without return ( ive used almost every excuse i can think of as to why i cant send the item back ) but had 0 luck . Do you guys have any suggestions or should i swallow the bullet and return them, to try a new and improved SE next time . Appreciate help !

Send them back and box them. They have you on record multiple times saying you've received them.

The Bose QC 35 II only weighs 240 grams, so boxing them wouldn't be a problem.
A little extra packing will make up the weight difference.
