So its just arrived in two seperate boxes and its got a tracking number on it. Any possible ideas? Both weighs 2kg i only need one.

Just say one of the boxes was empty and try your luck. What courier is it? Dependent on who's delivered your order you could try DNA. Let us know of any updates.

Ok so I've decided I don't want them both and they're telling me to deliver to post office. I dont want to due to the outbreak and i said i want a van to come collect it. They said they cant so ive requested to speak to the manager

I think his idea is, to say only one jacket arrived, get the refund for the missing item.

If that's the case, the missing Item method heavily relies on the weight of the Item.

If the weight registers on the consignment and the company cross-checks the carrier's manifest, then the SE will fail.

So they are requesting for a return label to be given and they will give me a manual refund and want proof of the receipt in the box I think. What if I just send the proof and don't request delivery from DPD?? First they wanted me to give it to the post office but I said I can't due to the current situation.

They are. They said once I have placed the parcels for return i can send a picture of the receipt and they'll send a manual refund. What if I request for the labels and just send the proof of receipt of payment but dont request the collection from DPD?

The refund will be processed on both the return of the Items, and PoP (proof of purchase).

If you only send the receipt, they will request the Items be returned.
