Are you referring to "The Fragrance Shop" or "Fragrance Shop"?

I have hit TFS a few times in the past with the broken bottle method, incredibly straightforwards.
Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned on my posts that corresponds to events happened in real life are coincidental.

Tried The Fragrance Shop twice now and failed both times, Tried PhotoShopping an empty bottle and claimed the bottle had leaked as well as using an old bottle I smashed in a bag and claimed it arrived smashed, All they did was take me for a ride and constantly put me onto new support members who asked for the same evidence over and over and over again.
I eventually told them to ram it and took the L.
Obviously my own situation and may have just been unlucky with reps but that is my 2 cents.

Fragrances expire you can always track down a old bottle or something. Consumers don’t realize this so they sell it close to market price and buyers aren’t aware so they buy it anyway but if you’re looking for an excuse try expired but you need to decode the numbers on the bottle
