Fullscreen apps are no longer fullscreen, as they were in windows 8. They have titlebar, and can be resized, just like any other window.

Another thing of note is the way items are pinned to the start menu. When pinned, they can either be put into a live tile, or the more traditional format, as an item above "All apps." This is a sort of hybrid system for touch displays, or traditional desktops.

Also interesting, is the new Command Line features. There is now an "Experimental" tab, with options such as CTRL+V and transparency. Very pleasing to power users, such as myself.

they really seem to be taking some inspiration from Linux. I'm totally ok with that honestly. I hope they actually give this out fo' free to Win 8 users like has been rumored.

Yeah, what Linux users have been doing for years they're only starting to add.
Basically taking the best of Windows 7 and fancy Linux WMs/DEs.

The scrollbars in the cmd window are a little annoying.. I don't think they need to be visible all the time. Otherwise, Windows 10 (really seems to be Windows 8.2) seems good so far!

I can't complain there. It's about time Windows added in some of the better ideas from linux.

Yeah. I never did like the huge bars on CMD.EXE. Plus its lacking in features. Thats why I use ConEmu.

I hope it is. As much as I bag on MS, it would be nice if they turned out a decent OS again.
