The start screen still looks retarded.

I use 8 and the tiles are actually really nice. It just sucks that it's full screen. Windows 10 is a large improvement so far.

I still think I'd prefer Windows 7 for a desktop, although I plan on buying this laptop soon: http://www.staples.ca/en/Lenovo-59424917...CA_1_20001 and I think Windows 10 (or whatever it is) would go fairly well with the tablet mode on this!

The first one actually looks better, considering double the HDD space, 8 GB of ram and the processor is quad core and not dual core, only downside is the resolution is a little bit lower, but it's still decent.

I never liked them. I gave them an honest shot, and was fed up with them after a week of use. But to be fair, I never use the start menu like regular people, I always use the search bar to find what I want. Just type, and hit enter.
