RE: Supplements/Fitness equipment advice #31
Bump about my previous doubts. Thx:

I will avoid doing DNA, I will do the bad quality technique (or whatever is its name), I do not want to risk doing DNA, my neighbour has already a lot of healthy problems, I don't want to overload them also with this.

1) From the ToS of the courier service I haven't read anywhere that they are allowed to give package to my neighbour. They have to deliver it only at the domicile, and the courier hasn't done that.
2) I do not want to get involve my neighbour in these affairs.

I'm very upset. Not why my neighbour has accepted the package, but whit the courier. Who the hell allows the courier to do it?

Have I to say to my neighbour to not accept anything from the courier next time? Or have I to specify on the note of the delivering process to not deliver the package to somebody else the next time? Thanks

Good.

It's not good practice to get your neighbor Involved, Irrespective of their health/personal Issues.

This works with almost every consumable commodity.

1) Why the hell the courier did not follow the rules? According to the ToS of the shipping service, they cannot deliver a package to a neighbor...
I thought the ToS was a true and valuable source where gather information...

2) In my email SEing them for bad quality product, at the end of the email Have I to clearly asking for a refund, or something? Or I have just to tell them that the product has a bad quality?

news with myprotein.
I told them that I felt sick after ingest one of their products. I used a calm tone writing the email, I tell them what happened and that I can't any more eat this product. I didn't explicit ask for a refund.

They asked me to take a photo of the package and send them some information about the product (expire data, serial etc) and when I started getting sick.
They told me that they will contact me again within 7 days.

Honestly I was expecting a refund...
Let's see.. I'm not very optimistic.

Update:

They contacted me that according to their research the product was okay, without any kind of problem of bad quality. They asked me to provide a medical certification about what I had ingesting their products. It could be easy to get, but they haven't yet mentioned a refund or substitution.

I am wasting too much time for this SE, I didn't think they were employing their customer care services for so long for such a cheap order...

If you want to SE myprotein I think that DNA may be the better option.

After a total of 10 emails exchanged. SE completed.

Fortunately, I was already thinking of having lost this money.

Perhaps the driver was Ill-Informed.

It most certainly Is.

The company cannot go against their very own terms and If the carrier breaches their conditions, you're on solid ground to contest It.

You're not getting the neighbors Involved per se, but rather stating that the carrier Is non-compliant with their very own terms.
