As far you know, is this method still valid to SEing them?
Food commodities are the easiest to SE.
As with the DNA, this Is a universal method that works with just about any company.

Last night I read some of the most used methods for SEing for eatable products, I will write down here as a resume for those who are curious:
- It did not taste good, and you felt bad immediately after ingesting them.
- The packaging of the snacks / products was open.
- The product has humidity inside its jar and it's a horrible smell.
And when the companies has a
Return policy like this the probability of success increases.
Quote:Our Money-Back Guarantee
At Bodybuilding, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. Due to the current health crisis, we are not accepting returns at this time, but if you’re unhappy with your order, whatever the reason may be, we’ll make it right. Contact our Customer Service team within 90 days of your purchase and in most cases, we’ll either give you a full refund or in-store cre.dit equal to the value of your product.
I have read that in order to have more changes of success you cannot say that all the products you have ordered are of bad quality but only some of them.
I was wondering if I could get a full refund instead of a partial. My goal would be SEing more company in a row with the same technique, i.e. I ingest the products and I felt bad.
Because as I said in other threads I live in a small city and I think that using multiple times the DNA method in a short time could make the couriers suspicious

@
Green314, good work.
Almost every consumable product, has a customer satisfaction/money-back guarantee. This Is a major vulnerability that SE'ers should be targeting.

Do you think that they will refund me only the item that I bought which made me feel sick or the entire order I made?
If only the item in question, and not all the items bought :
Is there a way to obtain the fully refund using the excuse of: your product made me fell sick?
I could say that when their package arrived, taken from curiosity I opened all the products (thus they shouldn't be interested in receiving them back), or that I threw all of them in the rubbish when I threw up after having ingest one of them.
My goal is clear: keep the products and keep money.
Thanks.

I can't speak for every company, but generally they'll only compensate the Item In question.

The operative word Is your "product"- meaning a single Item, hence this will be refunded.

This has no relevance to requesting a refund.
Just because you've opened the remaining Items, It doesn't mean they were faulty to begin with, so evidently they will not request their return.

"One of them" doesn't relate to "all of them".

Thank you.
So the only way to get a
fully refund (because this is what I am looking for) for all the products is doing DNA. (Hoping the courier will not ask you to sign for the package)
I don't think that If I tell them that I threw away all the items I have ordered they will refund me. Even If I could be a new customer for them I do no think They would be cheated in this way so simply.

You're welcome.
Given you're planning to SE every Item, you are correct In opting for the DNA method.

They definitely won't.
You need "reason" to request a refund. Disposing goods that are In perfect order, does not warrant a refund.

I'm not sure whether doing the DNA or making some excuses about the quality of the item.
In the second case, it could be better to buy either a single expensive item or 2 items one expensive and one cheap (to not arouse suspicion).
How much should I spend for this in your opinion guys, max 50/100 € or it simply doesn't it matter at all?

The cost In this case Is Immaterial.
Do remember that every company believes an SE Is a legit claim. Treat It as such by manipulating It accordingly, and you won't have a problem obtaining a refund/replacement.

I'm trying to study the different ToS of the website before doing the SE. I also find interesting to read them, you can discover so many curious things.
This is the ToS of a website which sell edible products (UK):
Quote:8.1.2. If you have received the ordered Product(s) and have simply changed your mind about purchasing it, you may return the Product(s) or entitlement to Service to us for a refund and provided:
You inform Bulk Powders within fourteen (14) working days from the day after the goods are delivered; and
You have proof of purchase (i.e. order number / identification)
Does this mean that they might not want to receive the items back?
The same company in my country has a different ToS, in my opinion more tough that the previous one regard the refunds.
I tried to translate it:
Quote:8.1. Warranty for loose powders brand products.
Loose powders guaranteed the products as indicated on the website.
Specific guarantees can be applied to product requirements (such as customized products), as specified on the website. If the product is supplied by Bulk Polveri does not conform to the applicable warranty, we may repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price upon return of the product, its own discretion and expense, unless explicitly included in the applicable warranty.
Except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Loose Powders therefore disclaims any and all warranties, explicit or implicit. The above limited warranty will not affect or affect your legal rights.
If they follow the ToS here in my opinion if would be useless even to try to say that the product once ingest it, made me threw up it all.
They could (maybe require) anyway ask me to return the item.
The only way here would be the DNA.
Am I mistaken?
