It's not good practice to speculate.

They state "upon return of the product", however do not specifically mention that failing to do so, will be excluded from their replacement/refund warranty. You can't give what you don't have- consuming the entire amount, obviously cannot be returned. This Is what you'd need to work with, by way of manipulating them to your advantage.

Every SE Is taken one step at a time.

Cross that bridge when If you come to It.

Alternatively (If the return Is required), box them.

I'm sorry, What do you mean with this?

Is the box technique only performable with "dry ice"?

Two last questions before I start SEing a company who sell edible products.

1. can we say that shorter is the ToS of a company, more is the probability of the success of the SE (since their ToS cover few cases under which the company is "covered" from possible situation of being SEd)
2. I have to think in advance which methods I could possibly use for the SEing them later, before actually buying something, right?
in this way I could buy the product in an astute way, such as after the delivery:

Is the package arrived at my address?
  1. Yes:
    Did I personally receive it?
    1. Yes:
      Did I sign for it?
      1. Yes:
Did I sign with my own signature (and not a scribble)?
        1. Yes:
Did the product make me feel bad / One of the item ordered was missing or broken?
          1. Yes: Partial refund.
          2. No: Do you want to pay for it?
            1. Yes: This is not SE.
            2. No: worse case: Return them and wait for the refund
        2. No: DNA, Empty box.
      2. No: DNA, Empty box.
    2. No: DNA.
  2. No: DNA.
As always thank you for your time.

To assume before It happens.

Every SE Is taken on a case-by-case basis, hence without knowing who the company Is, the nature of the Item you're planning to SE and the type of carrier used, your questions cannot be answered on general terms.

When requesting assistance right from the get-go, every SE begins by naming the company, as well as the Item and Its weight and dimensions. As such, the company's terms can be researched and the method can be selected & formulated based on both the (researched) findings, and the nature of the Item.

If the above has been effectively and accordingly applied, the execution begins and the next course of action (If any), Is based on the company's response.

I was just trying to build an abstract scheme about the types of action an SEer could exploit during their SEing process.

The companies in question would be: theproteinworks, myprotein bulk.com or similar.
The item: I wasn't thinking about something in particular, I was just looking for something easy to SE, saying for instance that ingesting it, it makes me threw up all and feel sick all day.
My primary goal would be to use the excuse of: bad quality product and pray for a refund without sending back the item (I know that I could also use the DNA but I would to try to perform this kind of SE).

The problem with saying that, is that I can only order one item, as we have already said, I cannot order multiple item(s) and say that all of them made me felt bad.
But
(1) I am too greedy to order only one single item...
(2) I could order a single item of €50 but I think it might arise some suspicious from a new user who buy 2k of one single stuff. (Or it could be completely legit?)

So, unless there are other ways for asking a refund for multiple items provided by their bad quality or the (2) is legit, I think I will simply pray to the courier to gift me a DNA.

Depending on the weight of the Item, you can opt for the missing Item method or alternatively, box them without adding a weight substitute.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, a lot of carriers are not accepting signatures, which Is Ideal for the DNA. Establish whether this applies to the company you're planning to SE, namely their carrier.

What if somebody live in a small city where the couriers are always the same 3-4?
I prefer not to open the door at all to the courier. And make the courier leave the package outside.

I consider interacting with the courier a considerable risk.
What if I do DNA and during the investigation the courier remember to gave me the pack? The courier will certainly come back to my house and accuse me and even if they haven't a tangible proof, but they will act in a different way next time when they will have to deliver a package to me.

There's countless Incidents that may happen with the DNA, hence not possible to predict.

As mentioned, every SE Is a step-by-step process.

The courier has just come to my house, rang the doorbell twice but I didn't answer, they call me at my phone number, I didn't answer, from my CCTV system I saw they rang the doorbell my neighbour and since they have answered, the courier gave the package to them.

1) From the ToS of the courier service I haven't read anywhere that they are allowed to give package to my neighbour. They have to deliver it only at the domicile, and the courier hasn't done that.
2) I do not want to get involve my neighbour in these affairs.

I'm very upset. Not why my neighbour has accepted the package, but whit the courier. Who the hell allows the courier to do it?

Have I to say to my neighbour to not accept anything from the courier next time? Or have I to specify on the note of the delivering process to not deliver the package to somebody else the next time? Thanks

I think if you want to look just good, not like a bodybuilder, it is enough to do same basic exercises and to eat correctly without any supplement

My neighbour has just given the package to me.
I will avoid doing DNA, I will do the bad quality technique (or whatever is its name), I do not want to risk doing DNA, my neighbour has already a lot of healthy problems, I don't want to overload them also with this.
