So UPS rocked up today. My partner answered the door. They did not ask for ID or a signature. They just took a photo of the box with our front door ajar. Just trying to work out how to attach the photo.
Is it still better to EB one pair rather than DNA?

I'm about to make the purchase and I should have mentioned the whole process could take over a month if they investigate and only offer replacement which is the most likely outcome for high order values. Hopefully we can get lucky with ftid though since that would be a lot faster.
