Yo lads,

I got a delivery and they didnt even send me the tracking number. It came on saturday and was left behind my bins in the open with no envelope (royal mail)  they call it the safeplace but i didnt request for it to be there?

Am i just better off claiming DNA as they ddint share the tracking info or should i just go with the inital plan EB.

Ideally im gonna do it today

Mine also came by royal mail tracked but no signature. They also never gave me tracking. Did your parcel have the weight displayed on it? Mine clearly shows weight which is making me think DNA is best

did your parcel register a weight though? Because if they opened an actual investigation the weight would log

i think the weight is so small that its nearly negligble that they wouldnt dismiss if cross checked

The item weighs 40g exactly. With the potential chances that sunglass hut have cctv I would rather not state that only the glasses were missing but the whole box. If not DNA would work better as it was left round the corner.

The only thing of concern, Is whether they physically check goods as they're being packed, similar to how Shade Station operates.

Correct, but that's the "shipping" (gross) weight and not the Item (net) weight - which Is what you're working with to claim the Item Is missing.

I have DNA'd the item and are happy to send a replacement with ID proof. Is it a risk sending ID? i know people do it all the time with other places e.g. amazon and apple but wonder if anyone has had issue when sending ID?
