Yeah will do it’s really strange I just got an email now confirming that i will receive a replacement or refund based on the results of the investigation so I’ll be waiting patiently

It's also strange that some people get almost instant refunds and others have to wait for an investigation. Maybe something we say is triggering it?
I just got an email saying there will be an investigation too (DNA method).

I used EB. I doubt it’s something we have said. It has to be the fact that meta are becoming more aware due to them being raped but I don’t know if they actually will do anything regarding the investigation

Update: upon speaking to another rep - he mentioned the next step and asked if I would prefer a refund or replacement  and also did mention waiting 5 business days for the investigation to end. So perhaps some good news?

Did they say internal or external investigation? I just noticed mine says internal. I wonder what it entails.

I declared an EB but it looks like they're treating the case like a DNA? The email title even says "Lost in transit".

I would try to contact them to fix this error - for me I claimed EB and they are starting an investigation with the courier ; so either way the process would be the same but defo get into contact with them

If that's the case, the Investigation should be finalized. I believe they're offering an advanced approval, which may be subject to change depending on the outcome of the Investigation.

Yep defo, they are sure taking a while but fingers crossed it works , worst case I’ll say I found it in my nephews cupboard unopened and I’ll return it
