At today, there is no answer about my case, last update is from 2 days ago, they had said "we are still coordinating your concern to our Logistic team. We still haven't received any updates regarding this matter. But no worries, as soon as we received an email, we will revert back to you as soon as possible."

mine just arrived, so i claim the entire box was empty meaning to quest 2 box either?

Update: I went for it. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement, I answered and it's been 5 days lol. They followed up claiming they're busy.

We shall wait another 7 days or so for an update.

Elite strap accessory refund got approved today by meta rep after a quick email back to let them know it never came. I'll wait a few more days after refund hits my bank to try the headset.

Also heard fb sign-in not required anymore.

I'm surprised even with the price increase they're getting raped. I have never used an Oculus before, is it worth the money?
