Yeah, I was changing the scrollbar for a MyBB forum.
It didn't work for me, even with CTRL + F5.

I've been trying a lot of random stuff for almost 2 hours, then it just turned out I was using Tor browser.

Yeah, been there many of times. Fixed so many of these silly mistakes in my sleep. Kind of just going through your code in your dream and its like OHHHH, theres the problem.

In the case of certain languages (i.e. PHP) you might not use a compiler. You can, however, sift through error logs for those.

I never use a compiler with my scripts. The same with SQL when I'm querying, updating, modifying, editing, deleting etc data from the database(s)- no compiler Is In effect.

Yup, this is a widely known thing called "Programmer's Block"
