Got it, thanks for the reassurance. I’ve come to realise that confidence is key with SEing, so I’m gonna dive into this one head first Biggrin. - I did order some of those seal strips though, so perhaps I’ll be doing sealed box at a different time Wink.

Edit: the seal strips don’t look legit haha

When you're ready to hit the SE, you won't be working on a schedule, so be sure to take all the time you need to reseal It to perfection.

Confidence plays an Integral role with each and every SE.

When It builds to an advanced level, you'll find that the art of company manipulation and exploitation will become second nature.

Can’t wait till I’m there! The main SE, however,
has begun, will keep you updated Biggrin

Hey @mothered , I just had another thought. The replacement phone that I got, I wasn’t actually sold by Amazon, but it was dispatched by them. Would that mean that it still came from their stock? Or have I already messed up this SE, and should start planning for a new method entirely?

It's still picked, packed and dispatched by Amazon which means the sale first comes off their Inventory and then passed onto the seller, so It's fine.

I have an update! I contacted CS again today for an update, and they said that the fulfilment centre has received the return, but they said "I returned a different unit of an item". According to the rep, i was supposed to send photos of the incorrect phone before i returned it, but i explained that the previous reps said just to return it (no photos). Now they're launching a 3 day investigation, where i guess they're looking over all the details.

Should I try a different rep? Or should I just wait for their 3 day investigation?

I got my mate to buy the other one, so there’s no connection whatsoever. If you wanted to do it, however, you could just use a VCC connected to a different card, so there’s no link at all.

I don't understand their point, neither do they.

You've used the wrong Item received method, so obviously a different product has been returned.

What's done Is done.

There's no point trying to explain It - It cannot be reversed.

You can try, but they'll most likely refer to previous and current records.
