EB. I don't know where you're based but in the UK every delivery is tracked and signed for nowadays, no chance of denying it. Unless someone knows a way to get around it? I'd appreciate any advice.

Ah I live in the uk. Even if they take pictures or they require a signature, I just deny that it was me and make sure to do it over the phone so they hear my frustration. Worked so far but I might do EB for the chain.

@mothered Will the CCTV footage be useless also for a watch if it isn't visible through the box?

Tell them to email you the CCTV footage that clearly demonstrates the chain was In the case at the time of packing.

You require hard-core evidence.
