Then I'm assuming I tell them how it was empty and would like my money back.

Call your bank/credit card provider and explain the circumstances of your claim.

They will advise on how It will proceed.

Contacted PayPal a few days ago. Had to provide info about how the box was empty. PayPal asked for a form to be completed stating that the box was empty. Refund given. Thanks @mothered
