A ball-breaking story A few years ago, I SE'd a
Dell monitor. What I did was contact them, saying the monitor wouldn't display, and got a female tech support specialist. She was vivacious and was interested in the scenario I concocted. AFAIK, at this time, they were referring me to a local Dell store and promised to deliver the replacement parts for the monitor. I can't remember what I did to bypass this scenario. I only know that she concluded that they would ship out the new monitor and the old monitor would be shipped off to them, and warned me of some liabilities if I couldn't return the monitor to them within the days allotted. Anyway, at this time, I was living in the Philippines. Ridiculous right? Why would I SE'd a Dell monitor in the United States?I had a plan in which I would use a reshipping company. After the reshipping company received the monitor, I was stunned by the amount of money I had to pay to reship my monitor, which I couldn't afford. I abandoned that monitor and since the reshipping company policy is that if the item is in their inventory for more than 1 to 3 months I think, they would claim the item as theirs: xd:

That's basically how Dell's Advanced Exchange Service operates.

Yes, they sent me an email after the alotted days in which I couldn't remember I and I couldn't care less as I was aiming for the product, I'll post the email here later for future references
After digging in my old emails I was using borderlinx at that time..

Absolutely.
Always use a drop with ARs (Advanced Replacements) and AEs (Advanced Exchanges).
